Working with the Client we will endeavour to ensure that processes and decisions result in the overall reduction of risk associated with projects, which will include attending and participating in project planning meetings and project HIRA’s, as well as the development of the project risk assessment and diving project plans.
It is essential that all diving contractors are audited by a competent auditor, periodically or post project mobilisation. Having assisted the industry with the evolution of diving and ROV system auditing and assurance, including the development of key auditing tools, Namaka Subsea are in a unique position to provide technical and operational auditing of diving and ROV contractors against best industry practices and guidance.
Namaka Subsea offers subsea operations support of various disciplines as required by the Client to ensure that industry recommended practices, guidance and geographical legislation are met and complied with anywhere in the world.
DiveCert is a certification, planned maintenance and asset management system designed for diving equipment. The software is a combination of a Graphical User Interface & Database, which includes over 700 equipment certificate templates, which assist users in keeping equipment in line with global diving standards such as International Marine Contractors Association (IMCA).
The FMECA of any system shall assess the effects on different failure modes on that systems operating equipment and where required the support vessel interfaces. The resultant quantification may highlight deficiencies in design, lack of redundancy and failure to maintain the recommended critical spares to ensure safe and efficient operations, with the emphasis being on personnel safety.
Every Oil and Gas Operator who to any extent is responsible for, has control over or is engaged in an offshore project or whose acts or omissions could adversely affect the health and safety of persons engaged in such a project, has a duty of care to ensure the project is carried out safely and efficiently.
